Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications include Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Up to 2–5 years of experience in inventory control is common for this role.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments and discrepancies; ensure internal control procedures.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy; follow up on adjustments and complete cycle counts.
• Receive products from vendors and communicate potential quality issues to buyers.
• Maintain inventory control manuals and safety procedures.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
