White Cap is seeking a Receiving Associate to join its growing team in Texas. The role involves receiving, counting, storing items, and recording data using company software.

You will pack, unpack, and label stock accurately while communicating with vendors to resolve delivery issues and assist purchasing to address shortages. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of related experience and are comfortable handling stock, with preferred forklift experience and knowledge of Oracle or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in receiving or related roles.
• Experience with accurate packing, stocking, and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Receives, counts and stores items.
• Records receiving data using a computer and company software.
• Packs, unpacks, and marks stock items properly and accurately.
• Identifies incorrect or short shipped items and notifies supervisor.
• Communicates with shipping vendors to resolve delivery issues.
• Delivers products, supplies and equipment to the correct designated area.
• Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late/slow delivery.
• Files purchase orders correctly based on company policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
