Job summary

Hamilton is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Indianapolis to handle shipping, receiving, inspecting, and maintaining accurate client asset inventory. You will coordinate with account management and installation teams to prep assets for projects and shipments, while following procedures for inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and Warehouse Management Systems, plus the ability to work overtime and quickly resolve issues

Qualifications

• Requires proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, inspecting, prepping, and maintaining accurate inventory of client assets.
• Coordinate with account management and installation teams to prep assets for project builds and shipments.
• Follow established procedures for inbound shipments, checking for defects and missing parts; report damaged items.
• Follow established procedures for outbound shipments and ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
