Job summary

Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Inventory Control Associate 2 for full-time work. The starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $20.45 per hour, with possible shift differentials depending on schedule.

You will perform counts, research discrepancies, and ensure packing quality across the warehouse. The role requires a high school diploma; distribution/warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate RF terminals and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities: cycles counts, research missing products, handle damaged items.
• Respond to questions about product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Maintain area per standard operating procedures and safety rules.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
