Job summary

Sephora Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a warehouse associate to support inventory control, order accuracy, and product movement at the Olive Branch facility. You will work with RF terminals, perform counts, and assist in maintaining layout and safety standards.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced DC environment. Starting pay is competitive for the market with shift differential possible for certain schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with distribution/warehouse environments preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory control activities, including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing product for orders.
• Respond to questions from co-workers concerning product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Maintain area and equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and company policies to ensure safe working practices.
