PPG Industries, Inc is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Clerk for an on-site role reporting to the Production Manager. You will manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and verify transactions to support efficient inventory operations.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of inventory experience. Manufacturing experience is preferred, with on-site work at our Fort Wayne, IN facility.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of inventory experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsabilités

• Complete cycle counts and help locate missing inventory.
• Transact cycle counts electronically for other departments.
• Review transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Return inventory to stock and complete inventory moves electronically.
• Report data to management for KPI's.
• Coordinate logistics related to stock transfers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock.
• Create and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
