Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control professional to maintain accuracy of ingredients, packaging, WIP and finished goods in Michigan City. You will lead cycle counts, reconcile production orders, and identify root causes of discrepancies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or 1–2 years related experience) and proven ability to train others in cycle counting. This on-site role requires collaboration across departments and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of all inventory (ingredients, packaging, WIP, finished goods) in Michigan City across MB1, MB2 and storage trailers.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and update perpetual inventory.
• Reconcile production orders for accurate finished goods production and material consumption.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve.
• Provide backup support in tracking and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist with ensuring accuracy of cycle count transactions.
• Attend drumbeats to discuss Inventory Control issues caused by other departments not following correct processes.
• May include additional duties assigned by Manager.
