Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced inventory control professional in Asheboro, NC to maintain battery inventory from ordering to final shipment. You will manage receiving, counting, and loading dock transfers, ensuring accuracy for each order and shipping to the correct dock.

The role requires 2 years in inventory control or related fields, SAP experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with safety standards and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety standards at all times.
• Perform quality checks and record data as required.
• Make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standard.
• Recognize continuous improvement opportunities that will enhance safety, quality, organization, and productivity.
• Receives MRO, raw, and worked materials including all duties associated with receiving and reporting material receipts.
• Schedules shipment back to vendors for rejected materials.
• Operate a fork truck with a valid license when required for loading/unloading.
• Lead material flow coordination with planners and schedulers.
