Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Lead Maintenance Technician with advanced electrical expertise to join our team in Asheboro, NC. This leadership role calls for over 7 years of manufacturing electrical experience and a proven track record in troubleshooting complex systems.

You will lead maintenance activities, drive improvements, and mentor junior electricians while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing electrical experience.
• Completion of Qualified Electrical Worker Training within the last 3 years.
• Troubleshoot/diagnose/repair complex electrical systems without assistance.
• Robotics troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• PLC troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Leadership behaviors: mentor, train, lead, and communicate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical faults.
• Drive process improvements through proactive maintenance and leadership.
• Oversee and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Manage and optimize preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead project execution and contribute to initiatives.
• Perform general maintenance duties as needed.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and foster teamwork.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Maintain documentation of all work performed (L2l).
• Interpret and update electrical drawings and procedures.
