Your Impact

As an Inventory Clerk, you will help ensure inventory accuracy and material availability to support efficient manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail will help maintain smooth production flow, accurate inventory records, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or inventory concerns.

Warehouse Operations

• Store, label, organize, and issue materials to production and internal customers.
• Support material movement throughout receiving, storage, staging, and production areas.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and support inventory audits.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with operations, production, quality, and procurement teams to support inventory accuracy and material availability.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to read, follow, and document work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment and material handling devices, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliations, and physical inventories.
• Familiarity with manufacturing materials, part numbers, and bills of materials (BOMs).

Physical Demands, Work Environment & Safety Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe footwear, and other job-specific safety equipment.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and consistent attendance.
