Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Kentucky. The role involves recruiting hourly staff, directing scheduling, and ensuring efficient workload distribution.

You will drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and cross-department coordination. Key requirements include 5+ years in warehouse work with at least 3+ years in supervisory roles focusing on Inventory Control, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
  • 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience with Inventory Control.

Job description

Physical Requirements
  • Standing/Walking 75% of the time
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance

  • Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
  • Proficient at MS Office
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Ability to handle warehouse accounting and book-keeping.
  • Working knowledge of electronic inventory control system
  • Working knowledge of safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to build a team, establish processes, and hold direct reports accountable
  • Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
  • Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Thorough knowledge of the operational business
  • Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements, and industry standards.

Must be highly organized and pay close attention to detail.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • 5 or more years of experience with warehouse work.
  • 3 or more years of supervisory or management experience with Inventory Control
Certifications and Licenses

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
