Job summary

Haleon in Oak Hill, NY is hiring an entry‑level Warehouse Associate to receive, move, and track inventory in a GMP environment. You will operate powered industrial trucks, record data in SAP and other systems, and support production with timely material handling.

Starting pay is $24.50/hr with a 5% performance bonus; comprehensive benefits begin on day one, including healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED is required.
• This is an entry level position; prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time is required.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy
• Monitor near-expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems
• Replenish materials as needed to support production
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards
