Job summary

Haleon is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Oak Hill, TN. You will perform basic inventory transactions, monitor materials, replenish stock, and ensure GMP-compliant conditions. The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and the ability to work 12-hour nights from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Preferred candidates have PIT/forklift experience or warehousing exposure. Starting pay is $24.50 per hour with a 5% performance bonus, plus a robust benefits package including 401(k)

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Entry level position; prior work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
• PIT/forklift experience preferred.
• 6 months warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor near‑expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems.
• Replenish materials as needed to support production.
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP‑compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM.
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards.
