Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is seeking a materials handler to support daily production by receiving, storing, moving, and delivering materials. You will maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety and quality standards, and coordinate material availability to keep production flowing smoothly.

The role requires forklift and crane operation, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. Overtime may be required to meet production needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required based on experience.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification, or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are supplied to production areas.
• Verify incoming material shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect materials for defects and report quality concerns.
• Receive, label, and store materials in designated locations.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and trucks.
• Operate forklifts and crane equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support production flow.
