Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Materials Handler to perform material handling duties including receiving, stocking, and inventory control, primarily using powered industrial trucks. The role involves loading/unloading, verifying against POs, rotating stock, and maintaining accurate WMS records on 2nd shift (3:30pm–2:00am, Mon–Thu; OT Fri/Sat as needed).

Responsibilities include training others, keeping a clean/ safe workspace, and coordinating with departments while complying with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial trucks and forklift equipment preferred.
• 6–12 months of related material handling experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules and procedures.
• Strong math and ability to prepare routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from trailers and verify against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive material deliveries, verify items/quantities, and obtain proper paperwork.
• Move materials to/from point of use and maintain product quality.
• Take or replace Kanban racks and empty racks accurately.
• Label product with part number, name, and quantity; rotate stock as needed.
• Receive returns, verify warranty status, update WMS, and prepare for disposal or stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory; perform cycle counts and resolve variances in WMS.
• Train other employees and maintain a clean, safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate company vehicle per traffic procedures and laws; communicate with all departments.
