Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a reliable Inventory Control Specialist for our Littleton, CO facility. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating material flow, preparing materials for production, managing waste and recycling, and supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure on-time production and delivery.

You will work with the Monarch ERP system and a safety-conscious, team-oriented staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with inventory and/or warehouse technology systems.
• The candidate must have basic skills required to operate technical machinery.
• They must be able to input/output data and load/unload programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple reports.
• Elementary English proficiency.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to become DOT certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensures adequate inventory of materials and customer products in accord with inventory cycles and CPI planning.
• Conducts inventory analysis to solve inventory issues.
• Develops and implements inventory control procedures.
• Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts.
• Coordinates material flow between sites.
• Configures warehouse spaces according to forecasted needs.
• Maintain and use Monarch ERP to track inventory levels.
• Assist with training new employees in position.
• Provide production with inventory and materials to complete jobs.
• Follow mandated security procedures and process requirements.
• Manage waste and recycling program.
• Operate dock truck, forklifts and other powered equipment.
• Assist with other material handling tasks and projects.
