The role includes managing material inventory, assisting with scheduling and cross-shift communication, and ensuring materials are picked, staged and loaded per production schedules and work orders. Experience with ERP, forklift, and warehouse operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Inventory knowledge and cycle counting are required.
• ERP knowledge or experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Computer literacy is required for material flow and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Count and verify material inventory at end of a job and report to warehouse manager.
• Update 24-hour material email and communicate across shifts.
• Assist with material changes at presses and loading into dryers.
• Stage material in designated areas for production flow and ensure proper handling of barrels.
• Clean dryers and grinders as part of material prep duties.
