Job summary

You will accurately receive, handle, track, and count materials using handheld scanners and computer systems, ensuring records align with physical stock.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining clean, organized storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years inventory management experience.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Experience operating stand-up/high-reach trucks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in reading shipping documents and inventory paperwork.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with handheld scanners for inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, move and organize materials across warehouse and production areas.
• Load/unload materials using powered equipment and manual methods.
• Open containers and prepare materials for processing and storage.
• Count, weigh and sample materials; perform physical inventory counts.
• Use handheld scanners to locate and verify inventory.
• Enter and track inventory in computer systems; verify shipping documents.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up/high-reach trucks safely.
• Maintain organized storage areas and support inventory control activities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
