Job summary

Ascentek Services, LLC is seeking a Material Handler in Minnesota for a first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a climate-controlled warehouse.

You will work with a computerized warehouse management system (JDE) and Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. Forklift experience is preferred; good English reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine materials required and priorities.
• Receive materials and place into inventory from trucks using a warehouse system.
• Verify parts numbers and inspect discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked items.
• Expedite transfers of materials between stock areas and production areas.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; participate in safety meetings.
• Count inventory cycles and report any variances to supervision.
• Assist with shipping and picking as required by orders.
• Attend monthly departmental and production meetings.
