• Basic Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide inventory team members within assigned areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile records to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and adjust records.
• Verify returned or damaged items and reinstate into inventory as appropriate.
• Inspect produce and other goods, removing unsellable items to reduce spoilage.
• Repack and sort pallets to minimize waste and losses.
• Support onboarding and training for inventory associates.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and coworkers.
