Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and motivating warehouse or operations teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and forecasting methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Utilize inventory management systems and tools to track stock movements and generate performance reports.
• Develop and enforce inventory policies and best practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure warehouse organization and product condition.
• Prepare and present inventory metrics, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements using lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards within the warehouse environment.
