Supply Chain Management requires an understanding of accounting, legal documents, and building lasting relationships to increase efficiency and focus on warehouse optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist logistics processes for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and returns.
2. Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
3. Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
4. Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
5. Understand principles of accounting and finance.
6. Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the UAE/GCC, preferably in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, international sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
