Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse controls at its Edison, NJ distribution center. The role focuses on driving process improvements and cross-functional partnership to uphold inventory integrity across warehouse and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in inventory control or related fields, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, reconciliations, and warehouse best practices.
  • Experience working with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory reporting tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.

  • Monitor and analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with warehouse, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and system transactions.
  • Reconcile inventory data across warehouse management and business systems.
  • Develop and maintain inventory reporting, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Support audit readiness, compliance standards, and inventory-related controls.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and process optimization.
  • Assist with system enhancements and best practice implementation across inventory and warehouse operations.

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse controls, and operational efficiency at their Edison, NJ distribution center. This role will lead inventory management initiatives, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to ensure inventory integrity across warehouse and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

  • Retail, consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution industry experience preferred

Salary: $95K - $110K
