Red Wing Shoe Company in Red Wing, Minnesota, is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, receiving, and material transactions to support warehouse and production operations. The role is onsite.

You will work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, maintain records, perform M3 transactions, coordinate shipping, and support kanban and material planning. A high school diploma and 2+ years in inventory control or logistics are required; ERP (M3) and Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or related manufacturing.
• Experience communicating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving processes, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor credits, invoice receiving issues, and material discrepancies with vendors, Purchasing, Quality, and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, inventory deductions, and year-end inventory support.
• Monitor shortages and replenishments, communicate material availability, and coordinate deliveries to production and warehouse locations.
• Perform M3 transactions for receiving, inventory movements, inter-warehouse transfers, returns, and system updates.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics activities, including delivery scheduling, truck reports, Bills of Lading, and shipment documentation.
• Support material planning by resolving kanban issues and communicating BOM inaccuracies.
• Provide warehouse administrative support through reporting and coordination.
