Job summary

Taylor Visual Impressions, a division of Taylor Corporation, seeks an experienced Inventory Control Team Lead in Duluth, GA. You will lead daily inventory control, partner with warehouse, production, and purchasing, and drive accuracy, material availability, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role emphasizes data integrity, SOP development, and mentoring a team to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse ops, logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading, coordinating, training, or directing others in a warehouse/manufacturing env.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inventory control activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory discrepancies and process improvements.
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and material flow to support production schedules.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor inventory team members on best practices.
