Job summary

WebstaurantStore in Savannah, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive accuracy, and support the shift manager with performance feedback and process improvements.

You will coordinate with management, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining inventory integrity. Shift hours: Tue-Fri 6:00AM–4:30PM. W-2 only; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the department to ensure productivity and quality while meeting goals.
• Provide feedback to employees on performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Lead daily team meetings to set expectations and share best practices.
• Communicate goals, resolve problems, and answer questions from the team.
• Develop a cross-trained team that can flex into other departments as needed.
• Maintain communication with management and flex labor hours as necessary.
• Ensure inventory processes follow policies and drive warehouse initiatives.
