Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Leader to direct daily control operations across a distribution center, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will guide teams, analyze inventory results, and drive improvements that bolster customer satisfaction and operational excellence, partnering with DC leaders and Merchants.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in inventory, distribution, or operational procedures.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across shifts and divisions.
Ability to facilitate change and make strategic decisions with limited information.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, WMS, AS/400, and Sterling Commerce.
Team-first attitude and willingness to help across roles.
