• 5+ years of experience in inventory, distribution, or operational procedures.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across shifts and divisions.
• Ability to facilitate change and make strategic decisions with limited information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, WMS, AS/400, and Sterling Commerce.
