Job summary

Capstone Logistics is a leading North American supply chain solutions partner providing freight management, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and analytics. The Inventory Control Operation Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations in a warehouse, coaching Inventory Control Coordinators and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and results.

This role focuses on coaching, training, and performance monitoring to ensure inventory

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
1–3 years warehouse inventory experience.
At least 6 months supervisory experience.
Experience with cycle counting, inventory control, FEFO/FIFO, lot and serial control.

Responsibilities

Oversee the weekly and monthly cycle count process.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and complete.
Monitor performance and accuracy of Inventory Control Coordinators.
Reconcile inbound blind receivers and perform inventory audits.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and trends and proactively create solutions to improve productivity and results.
Actively lead Inventory Control Coordinators by coaching and training on issues such as performance, attendance, and safety.
