Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily inventory control operations, including cycle counting and physical inventories, at our Illinois facility. You will manage loss/damage, liaise with supply chain partners, and lead an hourly cycle-count team to improve safety, accuracy, and productivity.

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 2+ years of leadership experience, or high school diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory control operations in the distribution center, including cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Manage product loss and damage and liaise between supply chain, suppliers, and the distribution center to ensure timely and quality supply to customers.
• Lead hourly cycle count team to drive improvements in safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
• Serve as liaison between supply chain and the distribution center, partnering with logistics and shipping to achieve service and profit goals.
• Schedule and plan physical inventories, reconcile variances, and provide detailed reports to relevant departments.
• Ensure adherence to policies to minimize loss and damage and manage vendor credits and warehouse slotting for efficient shipping.
