Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution center experience.
• Experience managing inventory control programs, cycle counts, audits.
• Experience in a goal-setting environment.
• Working knowledge of inventory control best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage receiving verification, storage accuracy, and replenishment integrity.
• Lead cycle counting, physical inventories, and adjustments.
• Maintain shipping and inventory movement status with accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and system-directed processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in accuracy, productivity, and throughput.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Merchandising, and IT teams.
• Monitor metrics and trigger corrective actions when needed.
