Job summary

Lonestar Lighting & Technology is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate stock levels and report variances. You will work to ensure location accuracy, support cycle counts, and collaborate with the team to meet demand while following policy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inventory control, strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and effective communication. This role operates in a fast-paced distribution environment with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory software; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory for accuracy according to company standards and policies.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities.
• Ensure location accuracy of stock for inventory purposes.
• Assess inventory output daily, weekly, or monthly to identify trends.
• Lead cycle counts of product inventories regularly.
• Work safely in a distribution center environment and guide others.
• Monitor delivery schedules and customer orders.
• Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner.
