Formación

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution center operations.
• Experience managing inventory control programs and cycle counts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory control operations in the distribution center and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage receiving verification, storage accuracy, replenishment integrity, stock adjustments, cycle counting, returns, transfers, and movement controls.
• Establish and maintain audit programs and SOPs to support DC performance.
• Lead investigations and root cause analyses of discrepancies and operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, productivity, throughput, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Merchandising, and SC Systems teams to implement process improvements.
