Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead Inventory Clerk in Beloit, OH. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, verifying orders, and leading a small team Friday–Sunday dayshift.

You will train associates, monitor performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations while supporting a best-in-class warehousing environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by verifying orders received and shipped.
• Assign work schedules and train associates in processes.
• Monitor progress of associates within the work group.
• Assist in physical inventories and reporting.
• Communicate procedures and methods to staff as required.
• Ensure accurate disposition of defective or damaged product.

Pay: $21.00
Additional Incentives: $1.50 Shift Differential

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped

Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor’s associates’ progress

Key Accountabilities

• Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
• Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
