Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Clerk to manage workflow within the Inventory Department and lead a team on a 8am-4:30pm shift. The role requires forklift operation, frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and a focus on accurate inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates have 6 months warehousing/inventory experience and SAP inventory system knowledge, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory by verifying orders received and shipped
• Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitors progress
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required
• Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product
