Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Inventory Control Coordinator. The role focuses on cycle counting, data entry, and reconciling inventories with SAP and the customer’s system. You will liaise across teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely reporting.

The position requires 1–3 years in warehousing, experience with cycle counts, and familiarity with SAP and Topex. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years warehousing experience, preferably with barcode system.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and/or Topex; familiarity with SAP inventory.

• Verify and reconcile inventories for the customer and DHL.
• Collect and analyze inventory data for reports and management review.
• Reconcile discrepancies and monitor in-transit inventory within SAP.
• Support inventory control and cycle counts across the customer’s site.

Position:Inventory Control Coordinator
Shift: 1st shift
Days: Monday –; Friday
Hours: 6:00AM-2:00PM
Pay: $19.45 an hour

Required Qualifications: Reconcile and data entry into the WM System; Maintain inventory records; Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.

Preferred Qualifications: Inventory in a warehouse setting.

Role Purpose

Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
