Chick-fil-A Supply in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Lead Warehouse Team Member, Inventory Auditor to resolve variances and discrepancies across incoming and existing products. This role requires organization, meticulous detail, and hands-on warehouse experience at the distribution center.

Based at 24200 Aurora Road, Bedford Heights, OH, you will support accurate inventory, issue resolution, and process improvements while maintaining safety and SOP adherence on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• English communication proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 2,000 pounds with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Perform inventory controls via audits and cycles.
• Identify damaged or recalled products and quarantine.
• Resolve location errors and ensure pick availability.
• Handle damaged/expired products per SOPs.
• Support slotting and inventory policy development.
• Assist with root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Contribute to outbound activities as needed.
