Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Lead Warehouse Team Member / Inventory Auditor at the Distribution Center in Cleveland, OH. You will resolve variances, oversee inventory health, and support daily warehouse operations with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include audits, damage control, process improvements, and ensuring accurate pick availability. This role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with navigating and using a WMS system.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracy through audits and cycles.
• Identify and quarantine damaged or recalled product and remove it from inventory.
• Address location/errors and ensure proper product attributes for pick availability.
• Handle damaged/expired product following SOPs and disposal guidelines.
• Support slotting of new or seasonal items and maintain slot integrity.
• Assist with root-cause analysis and improvements to inventory processes.
