SupplyHouse.com in Reno, NV is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control team in our busy Fulfillment Center. You will oversee audits, coaching, and process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership in warehousing, strong knowledge of inventory concepts, and experience with WMS and RF scanners. Expect a full-time, exempt schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and coaching teams.
• Ability to train and develop associates to meet goals.
• Understanding of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience creating and automating reports using data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy, space efficiency, and organization.
• Lead and develop Inventory Control team; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct daily bin audits and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Track KPI performance; conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins.
• Coordinate with Inbound Manager to implement process improvements.
• Supervise timekeeping for Inventory Control staff and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in HR leadership meetings and safety initiatives.
• Lead projects and monitor inventory both physically and in systems.
