SupplyHouse.com in Reno, NV is seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to join the Inbound Team and Fulfillment Center network. You will report to the Inventory Control Manager and oversee the Replenishment Team, driving staffing, workflow, and KPI achievement.

Your responsibilities include leading shift start-up meetings, assigning work, monitoring inventory accuracy, and supporting process improvements to scale growth. Strong leadership and hands-on coaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years leadership experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff to meet goals.
• Experience with warehouse processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with common Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to stand/walk and handle manual tasks up to hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift start-up meetings and relay staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager.
• Assign work to replenishment associates and monitor performance.
• Ensure priority replenishments meet deadlines and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Track discrepancies and provide regular feedback and check-ins.
• Support KPI achievement and monthly performance reviews with team members.
• Participate in HR leadership meetings and implement process improvements.
