Job summary

• Associate degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain is required.
• 4 years of experience in finance, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in retail or distribution center environment.
• Supervisory/Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the inventory management process across departments.
• Analyze inventory transactions; resolve exceptions and shrinkage.
• Ensure a proper cycle-count program in the distribution center.
• Generate and analyze reports on merchandise movement and discrepancies.
• Manage merchandise movement, liquidation and disposal processes.
• Reconcile invoices and purchase orders; review shipping documents for accuracy.
• Lead process improvement events and quantify financial gains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve product flow and SOPs.
• Make employment decisions and manage team performance and training.
• Audit time-keeping and attendance; manage staffing.
