Job summary

Bakerly Ranch LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and availability of ingredients, packaging, components, and finished goods. You will act as the technical resource for inventory control, aligning ERP transactions with physical stock and supporting cycle counts and annual inventories.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inventory control, warehouse ops, materials management, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own validation of inventory across ingredients, packaging, components, and FG.
• Ensure ERP reflects physical inventory and batch/lot accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventories.
• Identify inventory risks, discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
