You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Production to ensure materials are where they should be and records match reality.

The ideal candidate is detail-driven, excels at problem solving, and can coach teammates without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS and Excel.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory control activities across the facility.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Reconcile inventory records between physical counts and system transactions.
• Train team members on inventory procedures, scanning, and material movement.
• Process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor inventory trends and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting.
• Support a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
