Standard Fiber in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to ensure inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Production to keep materials in place and records precise.

The role emphasizes identifying discrepancies, leading cycle counts, training teammates, and driving process improvements in a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory control activities across the facility.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Reconcile inventory records between physical counts and system transactions.
• Train team members on inventory procedures, scanning, and material movement.
• Process inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor inventory trends and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and reporting.
• Support a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

What You'll Do

As our Inventory Control Lead, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.
