MODULE X SOLUTIONS is a fast-growing, Shreveport-based manufacturer serving diverse sectors. The Inventory Control Specialist will ensure data accuracy across all warehouse locations, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions to strengthen inventory controls and improve material flow.

You will perform cycle counts, root-cause analysis, and maintain ERP accuracy in Sage and Scanco while partnering with warehouse, procurement, and operations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement kitting carts for assembly.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits across locations.
• Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions addressing process gaps.
• Trace inventory issues to identify root causes and improve processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within Sage ERP and Scanco systems.
• Support warehouse optimization and packaging improvements.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and coordinate disposition.
• Ensure proper receiving and put-away processes to prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams on controls.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment on the floor.
