Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to join our Supply Chain Team in Joliet, IL. You will oversee cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and support material handlers with ensuring all materials are available for production and packaging.

Key duties include reconciling variances, following state guidelines, and maintaining both physical and system counts. The role requires at least 1 year in a warehouse setting and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience; leadership or mentoring of others preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Ability to work around plant material and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Assist in managing the state inventory system.
• Record inventory changes, transfers, and counts accurately.
• Investigate variances to determine root cause; prevent errors.
• Follow master production and packaging schedules to preserve shelf life.
• Support receiving, stocking, and packing materials as needed.
• Perform additional duties to support overall operations.
