Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Inventory professional to manage warehouse inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO rotation. You will maintain accurate records, analyze shortages, and support improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience and leadership exposure, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes for the warehouse, including physical counts and logistics, ensuring adequate material and product levels while evaluating needs and implementing strategies to meet them.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory daily, making system adjustments as necessary, including daily cycle counts and full weekly inventory.
• Ensure FIFO rotation for products and establish procedures for incoming and outgoing stock to ensure proper rotation.
• Maintain records for shortage detection, prepare inventory analysis and shrinkage reports, and contribute to inventory optimization.
• Independently evaluate data on production needs and inventory to ensure adequate stock as per cycles and organizational needs.
• Prepare and implement slotting of warehouse products and collaborate with procurement to improve total supply chain processes.
• Other duties as assigned
