Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations and lead a team to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient warehouse performance.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, proficiency in WMS, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with multiple teams to optimize processes and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations; 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations per company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate counts via cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve variances promptly.
• Operate equipment safely to support inventory tasks.
• Generate reports and provide analysis to management.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to address non-compliant inventory.
• Use WMS to track inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate team members on best practices and safety.
