Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory procedures and best practices.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control staff and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate counts via cycle counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve variances promptly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely to support tasks.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze data for management decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Integrity to address non-compliant inventory.
• Use WMS to track and manage inventory movement.
• Train and evaluate team members on best practices and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with inbound, returns, and outbound operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Be a role model for punctuality and professionalism.
