Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead stock integrity and shrink mitigation across Louis Vuitton stores in the Americas. The role emphasizes analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and developing controls, reporting, and count programs to protect financial integrity and optimize stock availability.

The candidate will implement inventory strategies, oversee critical transactions, and present executive‑level findings.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control or financial retail with progressive responsibility.
Experience building KPI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel).
Experience with inventory systems such as SAP; familiarity with Power Automate; SQL or Python a plus.
Proven ability to investigate discrepancies, communicate findings, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality control in a multi‑site luxury retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory control strategy for the Americas to ensure stock integrity and system alignment.
Oversee critical inventory transactions, ensuring accurate booking and policy compliance.
Analyze inventory adjustments and shrink trends and present executive‑level findings and recommendations.
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive cross‑functional corrective actions.
Direct cycle count and full count programs and develop KPI dashboards and reports for visibility.
Support audit activities and collaborate with teams to refine inventory procedures and optimize processes.
